The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) is a non-profit organization that exists to encourage high standards in the auto repair industry by testing and certifying auto repairers. The ASE tests and certifies industry professionals throughout North Carolina, Tennessee, and the rest of the U.S.
Before taking your car to an auto repair shop, check if the shop is ASE certified. This way you will have the peace of mind of knowing that the people working on your car have had their skills and knowledge assessed and certified by an independent organization.
